Hello! My name is Katie Hill. I graduated from Illinois State University this May with a degree in Special Education, and I will be using all of my knowledge and experiences from those four years as I go into this year of teaching. I am also proud to be a Golden Apple Scholar since 2016. Ever since I was a little girl I have wanted to be a teacher just like my dad, and currently four of the five members of my family work in education. I grew up in Mackinaw, Illinois and went to school there from kindergarten through high school. I loved being in such a small and tight-knit community, and I am excited to be teaching at Olympia North in a similar environment!
