Olympia High School

On Thursday August 7th Olympia coaches and sponsors gathered for their annual clinic to kick off the school year. All coaches and sponsors will be going through the book Inside Out Coaching by Joe Ehrmann over the course of this school year and implementing the concepts from this book over the next few years. Mr. Castleman and Mrs. Miller introduced the concept of transformational leadership to the group and the impact that has for students that are led by transformational leaders. Mr. Castleman and Mrs. Miller will be leading our coaches and sponsors through this journey by helping them identify why they are coaches and sponsors and how they can help our students succeed to the best of their abilities within their chosen activity. We are excited for the journey that all of our coaches and sponsors will be undertaking while they are going through this professional learning..
