The annual Community Claus spaghetti dinner will be held Thursday, November 19, from 4:15-7:00. This year the dinner will be carry-out only and served as a drive-thru at St. John's Fellowship Hall in Minier. Suggested donation is $7.00 per adult meal and $3.00 per child meal. Community members interested in attending the dinner are encouraged to use the link below to RSVP the number of meals you need. This is a fundraiser for Community Claus to help support families in need during the holiday season.

It’s a great day to be a 4th grader at West. The class participated in the Mile Run and everyone crossed the finish line in under 13:08. Then, after lunch students began a science experiment using sugar cubes to find out what happens to rocks as they tumble down a mountain. #OlympiaStrong

Olympia West is participating in the Art to Remember fundraiser this fall. Student order forms are being sent home on Tuesday and the link to online ordering was sent out in the Weekly Notes. Parents may find their child’s artwork by searching by name or the order code found on the order form. The deadline to place an order is October 13. This is a great opportunity to purchase gifts showcasing your child’s artwork. All items ordered will arrive before Christmas break.


Students at Olympia West were greeted by our 4th grade Spartan Crew as they arrived at school. The Spartan Crew is a group of 4th and 5th grade Student Council members. #SpartanStrong

Edmentum: Calvert Learning has identified the issue causing student progress to not be visible. No progress has been lost. They expect to have a resolution by 10:30 AM. We will send an update when we receive word of the fix.
