Emma did it!! Emma Swartzendruber is one of the top 18 in 2A for the 800 meter run. She will compete this Saturday at approximately 11:40am

Monday night 8 members of the Oly girls track team traveled to Williamsville for our first ever Sangamo conference indoor championship. Numbers were slim for the team due to injuries and spring break vacations. The girls that competed showed up! We saw so many PR’s and season bests. Highlights of the meet include: Anna Gordon throwing an impressive 9 meters (over 29ft) for a huge PR. Charlee Durham with a PR of 4.87meters (almost 16ft) in long jump. Amelia Kistner ran an amazing 1600 shaving 11 seconds off her time from just a few days ago. She ran a 5:38 and finished 2nd place. Emma Swartzendruber battled it out in the 800 finishing 2nd and hopefully secured a spot in top times. It was a great afternoon/evening at an amazing facility. Outdoor seasons starts April 5th, hoping to have a full roster of healthy athletes for Greenville.
