The following is an update on the situation with the phone lines at Olympia West:
- You can make incoming calls to West.
- If the line is busy, you will not currently receive a busy signal. Instead, the line will ring indefinitely.
- You can still call the district office and be transferred to West.
- West cannot make long distance calls out from the building.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by these issues. We are actively working with Frontier to resolve the issues regarding outgoing long distance calls and the lack of a busy signal to indicate a busy line.
