Skyward Q

Good afternoon, our update to Skyward Qmlativ ("Q" for short) has been completed!  While there are still many things that we are working hard on, we want to share a few details, particularly regarding Logins and Online Registration.

LOGGING INTO THE NEW SYSTEM

  •  All of the Skyward links on the district/school websites have been updated and will now direct you to Skyward Q.

  • Your login credentials have not changed from last year.

  • If you are unable to login, please use the form at the bottom of this post to follow up with us and we will investigate.

  • You may receive an automated message from Skyward today alerting you that Family Access has been granted.  This will not happen for everyone, but I want you to be aware that if you receive this notification it is legitimate.

  • The Skyward mobile app is much improved with the move to Q!  I know not many people used it in the past (and I can understand why...), but the new interface is really quite nice.  The "app" is the same, but you will need to "add another account" to load up the new Q version of Skyward.  Instructions can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-bHNj4XqIyYeeE3tew4grdWNQHvzWwWG/view

ONLINE REGISTRATION (OLR)

  •  We have updated our OLR website with new instructions and walkthroughs for Skyward Q (https://www.olympia.org/page/olr).

  • Registration will open on Wednesday, July 16th.

  • This is covered on the website above, but you will find a green online registration form tile on your Skyward Q home screen.  Clicking this tile is how you start the OLR process.

  • You can finally complete OLR on the Skyward mobile app!  We encourage you to give it a shot.

  • Because this is the first time for OLR in the new system, PLEASE REVIEW ALL DATA CAREFULLY and BE AS THOROUGH AS POSSIBLE with your responses.

  • After you submit OLR, you will be asked to complete three other items that happen outside of registration; Online Fee Payment, Activity Registration, & Food Service Applications.  Each of these are tiles on your Family Access home screen, and are covered in detail in the OLR website linked above.
